1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern the Driftly test service available through driftlyapi.jary.top and clients connected to that service. “We” means the administrator operating this Driftly service. These Terms do not cover independently operated applications, external websites or other brands merely because they use similar technology.
Read these Terms, the Driftly Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines before registering or uploading content. The service records acceptance of the versions presented during registration. A privacy notice explains processing; accepting these Terms does not authorize unrelated data uses or replace any separate consent required by applicable law. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register or submit content. You may still contact us about existing data or a complaint.
2. Eligibility and the current test
This limited test is for people aged 18 or older who can enter into these Terms and lawfully use the service where they are located. Do not misstate your age or create an account for a child. We may restrict an account where there is a credible eligibility concern and request proportionate verification. We do not ask users to email passwords, verification codes or unrestricted identity documents.
Driftly is a bottle discovery and chat service. Only features actually enabled in your client and on the server are offered. The current deployment uses email and password authentication. Guest access, external identity sign-in, media integrations, AI replies, subscriptions and payments are not offered by this test deployment. Product plans, sample screens and API descriptions are not promises that a feature is available.
This is not an anonymous or end-to-end encrypted messaging service. Nicknames, avatars and other displayed profile details can identify an account across interactions. Do not assume that using a bottle conceals your identity or prevents a recipient from saving content. See the Privacy Policy for the test environment’s network security limitations.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information where requested, use an email address you control, choose a unique password and protect your sessions. Do not share accounts, sell access, use another person’s credentials or obtain access by exploiting a defect. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity you authorize; these Terms do not make you responsible for every incident outside your control.
We may require reauthentication for account recovery, changes to identity information, deletion or other sensitive actions. We cannot promise recovery when you cannot establish account ownership. Account information from a different application does not automatically establish ownership here or authorize merging data.
The current service has no guest account recovery mechanism. Any future guest or identity-binding feature requires its own implemented security and recovery flow and an updated notice before use.
4. Content, permissions and other people
You keep the rights you hold in the content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it, including permission to disclose another person’s personal information. Do not upload content merely because it was publicly accessible elsewhere.
You grant the service a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, format, transmit and display your content only as reasonably necessary to provide the features you use, deliver it to the intended audience, handle safety reports, maintain the service and meet lawful obligations. Service providers may process it for these purposes under appropriate restrictions. This permission does not transfer ownership, authorize selling your private messages, or authorize using them to train external general-purpose AI models.
Your audience depends on the feature: bottles may be delivered to people you do not know; replies and chats are available to the participants authorized by the service. A nickname is not proof of a person’s real identity. Recipients may retain their own copies, screenshots or quotations. Do not publish another person’s private messages, images or identifying details without a lawful justification and permission where required.
Removing content or requesting deletion ends ordinary service use of that content as deletion is carried out. Restricted copies may remain where necessary for a documented safety investigation, legal obligation or backup handling, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We do not promise to erase copies independently held by recipients.
5. Acceptable use and safety
Follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, do not exploit or sexualize children; publish non-consensual intimate material; threaten, harass, stalk or expose private information; promote hatred or violence; defraud or impersonate others; distribute malware; or infringe intellectual property rights.
Respect a person’s decision not to communicate. Do not evade a block or restriction with new accounts. Do not scrape personal information, spam, automate abusive interactions, bypass quotas or authorization checks, or attack the service. Report security issues privately to the contact above without accessing other users’ data or disrupting availability.
You can report harmful content or a user through controls available in your client, or by email if the relevant control is unavailable. Include the account or content reference, the concern and only the evidence needed. Do not attach suspected child sexual abuse material. Blocking is a safety measure, not a guarantee that historical copies disappear or that all contact outside Driftly stops.
6. Moderation, restrictions and appeals
We may investigate reports and restrict distribution, remove content, limit functions, revoke sessions or suspend an account where reasonably needed to address a violation, credible safety risk, abuse or a legal requirement. Action should reflect the seriousness, context and available evidence. Where feasible and lawful, we will explain the main reason and how to contest it. We may act without advance notice to protect people or an investigation.
You may appeal by emailing the contact above with your account reference, the action being challenged and relevant context. Do not send passwords or repeat harmful material unnecessarily. An appeal does not guarantee restoration. Reporting someone does not entitle you to their private information, and we do not intentionally disclose a reporter’s identity to the reported person.
The current test does not provide continuous human moderation, a guaranteed response time or emergency monitoring. An accepted request is not a guarantee that content has passed review, reached another user or been read.
7. Availability, charges and changes
Test features may be interrupted, corrected, limited or discontinued. Keep your own copy of content you need; test data is not a reliable archive. We do not guarantee delivery, a reply, a particular match, uninterrupted availability or recovery of lost content. We will not deliberately describe a planned capability as an available feature.
This deployment does not sell subscriptions or paid features. Do not send money to another user or an alleged representative to unlock service access. Any future paid offering will require separate price, billing and cancellation information before purchase.
We may revise these Terms and identify the new version and effective date. Material changes will be presented through an available service notice or appropriate contact channel; renewed acceptance will be requested where required. A new purpose for personal data requires the notice and, where applicable, consent described in the Privacy Policy. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
8. Leaving and account deletion
You can stop using the service at any time. Use the available account deletion function or send a deletion request to the contact above, including if you no longer have the app or your account is suspended. We will seek proportionate proof of ownership before acting and explain an inability to verify a request.
The current API schedules account deletion with a seven-day cancellation window. This schedule does not mean every record and backup is erased on day seven. Full automated data cleanup and export are not complete in this test. A request requiring additional cleanup needs administrative handling; the Privacy Policy explains remaining copies and applicable retention exceptions. Ask us to confirm the actual scope and completion of your request.
9. Responsibility and mandatory rights
Driftly is for ordinary social interaction. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, crisis care, an emergency service or a guarantee of another person’s safety or identity. If someone faces immediate danger, contact appropriate local emergency services or a trusted person able to help directly.
We are responsible for operating the service within applicable law. Users are responsible for their own unlawful conduct and content within their control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives mandatory consumer or privacy rights, prevents reporting to a competent authority, or requires confidential arbitration. This test edition does not select a governing jurisdiction or court on your behalf.
10. Contact
Send account questions, privacy requests, safety concerns, appeals and intellectual property complaints to [email protected]. Describe the issue, the relevant reference and your preferred way to receive a reply. We may ask for enough information to verify a request while protecting other users. The mailbox is not an emergency channel.
