You can stop using Driftly or request deletion of your Driftly account and related data. You can email a request even if you cannot reinstall the app.
Use the available in-app path
Use the available account and security / account deletion entry, and read its confirmation, cancellation window, scope, and status. Submitting a request does not instantly erase every record and backup.
An email path without the app
Choose “Request Driftly account deletion” below. Tell us whether you want your account or specific data deleted, include an account reference and a reachable email address, and never send passwords, codes, recovery keys, or full identity documents.
Ownership and scope
Proportionate proof of ownership may be needed. An account on another brand does not automatically authorize changes to Driftly data. You can ask what has been processed, what remains, and why.
Copies and retention exceptions
Copies independently kept by recipients cannot all be recalled. Safety investigations, disputes, legal holds, and backups may require restricted retention. Applicable policy and the actual response explain scope; no arbitrary full-erasure deadline is promised.
